1.The sand inclusion phenomenon and other foreign objects enter the casting model of quartz sand and water glass production in the product. After the high temperature, the surface of the sand is detached and falls into the melt, forming a phenomenon of sand inclusion. Due to the high temperature of 1750C, the added sand skin exists in a glass state inside the product.

In addition, there is a flat material program in the melting process. The flat material tool is cast steel steel brazing. The steel brazing will soften its texture in the high temperature melt for a long time, and the steel brazing will break when the material is pried. The steel braze broken in the melt may be completely melted in the melt, which may increase the iron content in the product, or it may not be completely melted and enter the product during pouring.

2.Evenly oxidized AZS bricks

The degree of oxidation or the degree of oxidation uniformity of fused AZS bricks is one of the key indicators of good product quality. Various manufacturers have perfect system requirements in the formulation of the oxygen blowing process, but most of them have defects in the setting of the oxygen lance position. It is an inevitable phenomenon that the oxygen gun hole is blocked during oxygen blowing. Oxygen lances generally have 7 oxygen outlet holes distributed around or at the bottom of the ball head. When one or more oxygen outlet holes are blocked, the degree of oxidation of the product is uneven, which can be seen seriously, and it is not easy to judge visually if it is not serious .

Even on a single brick, the color will be inconsistent. A dark color indicates a large amount of carburization, and a light color indicates a small amount of carburization. The blockage of the oxygen lance hole directly leads to the poor oxidation effect of the product and the carburization of the product increases. When the glass kiln is running, the glass is accompanied by the precipitation of bubbles, mostly carbon dioxide gas.
